Nestled on the edge of Green Mountain, in the City of Lakewood, Colorado, Alkire Townhomes consists of 12 duplex buildings making a total of 24 homes. Homeowners in this close-knit community have taken great pride in maintaining their homes and ensuring well-kept properties throughout the years.
History
History
Built in 1973, and originally named Campbell Green Townhomes, the association is now known as Alkire Townhomes Inc. Alkire Townhomes is a private, non-profit homeowners association run by a five-person board of directors consisting of volunteer homeowners. Although they have a traditional townhome look and feel, Alkire Townhomes is legally established as a condominium community.
