The goal of this page is to help you find the information you need for your lender, real estate agent, and FHA advisor. Information about specific units will only be conveyed to a seller or seller's agent with the seller's permission. The seller can help you get in touch with an HOA Board member who can assist you.
Please note that while we do try to keep this website updated, it is not an official document. Our official by-laws and other governing documents are publicly available for download, below.
Monthly Dues
Monthly Dues
Monthly assessments (dues) are $445 per residence, which, among other things, covers the following services:
Property and liability insurance
Snow removal if it snows more than 6 inches.
Trash and recycle waste collection
Lawn and sprinkler maintenance
All monthly water and sanitation expenses (interior and lawn irrigation)
Exterior building maintenance, such as roof, gutter, and paint repair.

Alkire Townhomes is FHA Certified.
Alkire Townhomes maintains good standing with the State of Colorado.
Pets are permitted, so long as they are not dangerous, don't cause a noise nuisance, and so long as you clean up after them.
The HOA Board of Directors is entirely comprised of volunteer residents. We do not use a management company.
